Hi! I'm happy you've expressed interest in commissioning me!
Here are some Terms of Service for that process.1. WHAT I'M WILLING TO DO FOR A COMM
If there's something not on this list that you're curious about, ask me in DMs or otherwise :)
What I will draw (so no need to ask):
+ Furries
+ Humanoids
+ Mammals (I reserve the right to refuse if I can't do the animal justice)
+ Gore (not a lot of experience with this yet, however)
TES, DA, FFXIV charactersWhat I won't draw:
- Explicit NSFW
- Mechs (unless a reference is provided)
- Incest or kink (don't have a problem with it, but it's not something I want to pursue in my work right now)
- Reptiles (I'm just not very good at drawing them yet) (includes dragons)2. PAYMENT PROCESS
I accept payment through paypal. Details of the transaction will be discussed when the work is finished and no further edits will be made.
Payment is paid in full in one installment (unless agreed upon before) after the work is finished, but before the full-resolution files have been sent over.3. COMMISSION FULFILLMENT
After this application has been sent in and I've had time to look it over, I will reach out to you (the client) via the contact you've provided to confirm/deny your commission.
If the work is confirmed, I will clarify any necessary details (and may continue to do so if necessary throughout the work process) with you via the contact provided.
I will specify the approximate length of time I might need to finish the commission when discussing commission details, and I will warn about possible delays if I foresee any (university, work etc.). Naturally I will update you if unforeseen circumstances arise.4. CHANGES
You will be be sent the sketch, the lineart, and the finished product to look over, ask for changes, and approve, but you are entitled to ask for specific detail updates from me, and I may send over parts of the work that I need your input on.
I will not make changes to the lineart if the lineart stage has been approved and I've begun work on colouring/rendering.
I will make requested changes to colour scheme if requested, but will not make anymore changes when the work is finished.
Major changes - if you request several major changes at the lineart stage, such as changing poses in a major way, changing expressions, removing characters etc., an additional 15 EUR will be added to the total price.
Addition of extra character(s)/backgrounds etc. when the commission work is already in progress will entail the full commission price to be raised accordingly to the price list.5. RECEIVING YOUR COMMISSION
When payment has been received, I will send you the csp file and png(s) of the work (plus any other filetypes you may ask for). Since the file size is usually large, I may do it via email or a file-sharing website.6. CANCELLING A COMMISSION
You are entitled to cancel a commission from me at any point before the work is finished and approved, as payment is only to be delivered when the end stage is reached. However, when a commission is cancelled, you do not receive any of the work files/images I've finished thus far.I am entitled to cancel a commission work on my end due to IRL/other circumstances.6.5 If you wish to receive the WIPs I've done after cancellation of the work, you may pay 30% of the comm price for a work in the lineart stage and 60% for a work in the colouring stage, and you will be sent the WIP files.7. USING MY WORK FURTHER
Commercial use of my work is not allowed. If you wish to earn revenue off my work, we may discuss licensing/royalties options.I would like to post your commission on my socials (instagram, twitter, tumblr) with/without tagging you (as discussed before), but if you don't want that, that's okay as well! If you are to post my work on your socials, I would appreciate it if you could tag me, but I don't mandate that.STYLE
By commissioning from me you accept that the end product will be in my style. I will not conform to a drastically different style.By commissioning a work from me you agree to these TOS.

[FR - Full render]
Full render is how I usually render my works. Shading is soft and textured, as is lighting.[CS - Cel shading]
Cel shaded work, shading and lighting is with a hard border.[MS - Minimal to no shading]
Flat colours are laid out and if necessary some adjustments/embellishments are made
